This page explains what information Brother Agency keeps for FinCore and for this website.
Your shop's records
Customers, loans, jewels, photos and receipts are stored on your shop computer or phone. We do not get them. Only if you take the Cloud plan, a copy of your book is sent over a secure (encrypted) connection to our server in India, and only your owner login can see it. We do not sell or share this data with anyone. If you stop the Cloud plan, we delete the copy after 30 days.
Licence details
For running your licence we keep the shop name, owner name, phone number, licence key, app version and error reports. Error reports do not contain any customer or loan details.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We get only the payment status, amount, your name, phone and email. We never get your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
This website
We do not use ads or tracking cookies. What you type in the payment form is used only for that payment.
Security
Passwords are stored only in hashed form and all connections use HTTPS. Payment and licence records are kept as long as needed for accounts and GST.
