Terms and Conditions
These terms are between you and Brother Agency (Proprietorship; Proprietor: Nadanasabapathi Rajkumar; GSTIN 33AOSPR5112C1Z3), Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. When you install FinCore or pay for any plan, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
FinCore is software for pawn broker and jewel loan shops. It runs on Windows computers and Android phones. One licence is for one shop (one branch). The licence is bought once and is for life. AMC (support and updates) is paid for each year, and the optional Cloud plan for each month, for the period you pay for. Cloud keeps a copy of your shop's book on our server, which the shop owner can see at app.fincore.store.
2. Trial and licence
New shops can use FinCore free for 30 days. A licence key is given for one shop only and cannot be transferred. We install and activate it at your shop ourselves. Prices are on the pricing page and include GST.
3. Payment and renewal
All plans are paid in advance, online through Razorpay AutoPay (UPI AutoPay, e-mandate or card) — this is how payment reaches us. We give an invoice for every payment. If a payment is pending, the app shows you a reminder. We never stop the software at your shop for a pending payment, but support and the Cloud owner website may be paused until it is paid.
AMC (yearly) and Cloud (monthly) are collected automatically on each renewal date, and you get a notice from Razorpay before every charge. You can cancel AutoPay at any time from your UPI app, from the link in the Razorpay mandate message, or by calling or mailing us. After cancelling, no further amount is charged, though support and the Cloud owner website may then be paused as described above.
4. Your data
The records in FinCore belong to your shop. You are responsible for what you enter and for following the laws that apply to your business, including the Tamil Nadu Pawnbrokers Act. Please keep your password safe and take backups regularly. FinCore has a backup option for this. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
5. What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, share or modify FinCore, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Our liability
We fix problems you report as soon as we can. Apart from that, FinCore is given as it is. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong entries or by data that was not backed up.
7. Stopping the service
You can stop using FinCore at any time. Refunds are as per our refund and cancellation policy. We may cancel a licence that is misused.
8. Changes and law
We may change these terms and will put the new version on this page. These terms follow the laws of India, and only the courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu will hear any dispute.
